The revolutionary Anatomic Endodontic Technology (AET) proposes a different perspective in Endodontics. Endo-Eze AET allows dentists to perform Endodontic treatments while maintaining the natural anatomy of individual root canals. Using this conservative, minimally invasive technique, clinicians are able to treat root canals with safe and predictable results.
ENDODONTICS new • Highly effective hybrid system that utilizes the right metal in the right location with the right motion • Peace of mind with reciprocating instrumentation, highly reducing the likelihood of file separation • Simple instrumentation sequence, providing efficient and predictable results • Convenience and ease of use due to new and innovative Patient Packs The TiLOS™ Endodontic Files are a continuation of Ultradent’s Anatomic Endodontic Technology. TiLOS Files provide a unique hybridization of stainless steel and nickel titanium files, combining the best features for safe, efficient and predictable results. The TiLOS Files are sold in pre-configured Patient Packs, Apical Finishing Packs and refill packs. These packs provide convenience, simplifying endodontic procedures. The files feature both stainless steel and nickel titanium hand files as well as engine driven stainless steel Shaping Files and nickel titanium Transitional Files. Instrumentation*: Initial: Establish straight-line access and reproducible glide path, using a #15 Stainless Steel Hand File. Cervical/Middle: With Stainless Steel Shaping Files in the Endo-Eze hand piece, the cervical/middle part of the root canal is cleaned and formed. Follow the natural anatomy of the canal with an upward, side-to-side brushing motion; leaning and flexing the file. Between all files, recapitulate with Hand Files. Proceed to the apical part of the canal with the #2 Stainless Steel Shaping File to the full Working Length. Transition: With NiTi Transitional (Apical) Files in the order of .08, .04, .02, gradually transition to the Working Length. Apical: If desired, finish instrumentation of the apex using Nickel Titanium Hand Files to desired size. During the whole instrumentation process, follow the recommended Irrigation Protocol (see page 98). Proceed to obturation using the EndoREZ Obturation System. * see the detailed protocol in the Instructions For Use On the lid of every box is a ruler to adjust the stopper on the instruments to the desired length. TiLOS Shaping Files and TiLOS Apical Files should not be used more than 4 times. Worn or damaged files may result in file separation. The handles of the hand files consist of brass with thermoplastic resin, for highest tactility and reduced fatigue. All the instruments may be autoclaved in the boxes. 81
