EndoREZ is a UDMA resin-based root canal sealer with hydrophilic properties for markedly enhanced sealing. Its special formula avoids the use of problematic bonding agents in the canal. Use a NaviTip on a Skini Syringe and deliver the sealer from apex coronally to eliminate voids. Following application of EndoREZ, insert the master EndoREZ Point (after fitting) and, if required, accessory points. No lateral condensation is needed. EndoREZ Points are resin coated and form a complete chemical bond with EndoREZ sealer. Working time is about 12-15 minutes; the sealer is fully set after approximately 20-30 minutes. If needed, the top layer of this dual-cure material can be light cured immediately, forming a thin polymerized coating, to allow for placement of a coronal filling. The use of EndoREZ Accelerator shortens the time of complete chemical polymerization of EndoREZ to just 5 minutes (see page 90). This is particularly desirable if a post and core restoration is to be placed immediately following root canal treatment. EndoREZ is biocompatible and radiopaque. Having the same radiopacity as gutta percha, it is easy to detect and assess on radiographs.
